We want you to be happy with every gift you order from Gorixan. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
 

Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or your named third party took possession of the last item.
 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
 

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you, for example engraved or custom printed products

• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
   

How to Return an Item

1. Send us an email at info@gorixan.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

2. We will reply with the return address and any further information you need.

3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.

4. Send the parcel to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.
    

Please return each order separately.

Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives, we will check it and let you know by email. Returns are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method within the legal deadline. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days before the amount appears in your account.
 

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different item, color or design instead of a refund? Just let us know at info@gorixan.com with your order number. If the item you want is in stock, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange.
 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gorixan.com with a short description and a photo of the problem. In this case, we will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
