Thank you for shopping at Gorixan. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
 

Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. Orders with a delivery address outside Germany cannot be accepted at this time.
 

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping (free) Free of charge on every order, regardless of order value. Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days.
 

Insured Express Shipping (€2.95) A faster option that includes shipping insurance, so your parcel is covered in case of loss or damage in transit. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
 

You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

Order Processing

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays in Germany. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
 

Delivery times are counted from the day after your order is confirmed. They are estimates, and in rare cases delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
 

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
 

Prices and Taxes

All prices in our store include the statutory German VAT. Since we only ship within Germany, no customs duties or import fees apply.
 

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@gorixan.com. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address.
 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please point this out to the delivery driver if possible and let us know right away. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us and we will look into it with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
